Welcome to Pickess & Parr. Our shop grew out of a fondness for discovering beautiful and unique “found” objects for the home, items that exude history and a patina of time and use.
We specialize in vintage objects for gentlemen: classic barware, antique tools, sporting and travel pieces, desk and smoking accessories, and the occasional oddity with a good story. Many of our customers are looking for distinctive gifts; others simply prefer objects with more character than something newly made. And yes, we sell to ladies too.
Pickess & Parr has been selling vintage and antique objects online for more than two years, with more than 200 sales through this website and our Etsy shop.

Buying Vintage & Antique Objects
Everything we sell is vintage or antique, and no two pieces are quite alike. Signs of age and use are often part of the appeal, but we also believe buyers should know as much as possible about what they’re getting before it arrives.
Each item is photographed carefully and described individually, with detailed information about condition, dimensions, materials, markings, and age wherever these can be established with reasonable confidence.
Dates and attributions are based on maker’s marks, construction, materials, published references, comparable documented examples, and other available evidence. Where something cannot be established with certainty, we say so rather than turn an educated judgment into a fact.

Packing & Shipping
Unless noted otherwise, all orders are hand-wrapped and gift-boxed free of charge. Free gift cards are also available on request.
Vintage and antique objects often require more care in transit than modern items, so each order is packed individually and securely, using recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible.
Orders under $100 ship via USPS Ground Advantage for a flat $10. Orders of $100 or more ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, we ship to US customers only.
