Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, and expect an email within 48 hours from the time of your order to let you know your order is on the way. Every attempt will be made to process your order as quickly as possible, allowing for careful handling and packaging by hand to ensure that your item reaches you safely and securely.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent third-party service of our choosing. The delivery standard for USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 days (plus processing time) but your experience may vary depending on mailing address, weather and other natural events, etc.
Sorry, we do not ship outside of the US at this time.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pickessandparr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Customer satisfaction is a priority. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
We currently provide free USPS Priority Mail shipping (or the equivalent) to US addresses for all orders.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
